Description

This Optimus Primal figure features simple conversion perfect for young Transformers fans age 6 and up This version of Arcee, part of the Kreon Class of 1984, uses a darker magenta base color, and has much more extensively-detailed tampographs than her Micro-Changer version, including a nose! She still uses the Ironhide style helmet. Convert this Optimus Primal toy, inspired by the noble Maximal leader, from robot to gorilla mode in 9 easy steps To be honest it might be a better use of their time doing something with the Legion/EZ class moulds that is a bit more interesting. Then we have stuff like this and other evergreen figures, where the whole idea of the toy is to get it to be a cool size, and to be playable at an attractive price for the target market, which has its own design concessions that have to be made.

Despite being branded only as a Transformers product, this figure was exclusively available through both Fun Publications' G.I. Joe and Transformers Collectors' Club online stores.

Like Windblade, the artwork of Arcee also generated minor controversy, mainly due to how the two shades of pink parts on her torso-to-waist are decoed to look like a very tiny bikini.

Don't underestimate me, I'm more than just a pretty face. Arcee, MAXIMIZE! Don't underestimate me, I'm more than just a pretty face. Arcee, MAXIMIZE! Don't underestimate me, I'm more than just a pretty face. Arcee, MAXIMIZE! Don't underestimate me, I'm more than just a pretty face. Arcee, MAXIMIZE! My guess is Hasbro realized they have a near monopoly on the toy-robots-that-become-things market at regular retail. The only other lines you'd see were those cheap no-name figures at Family Dollar and the like. So, Hasbro decided to go after that market, too. Produced by Flame Toys, this Arcee is a new addition to the Furai Model line of plastic model kits. Using parts made of hard ABS plastic and some polycaps, She features a unique stylized design that consists of a human-like female body designed by Ban (ばん!). The should have been padding the smaller size's waves with Starscream repaints rather than just adding one new one when they feel like it.This is a simple and big toy aimed to small kids as it has been with other previous Titan Changers toys. It transforms in only 9 steps and standing 11 inches/27.94 cm in robot mode. This is our first Beast Wars character on this line, but we only have images of the robot mode at the moment. Optimus Primal design is based on his Beast Wars season 1 look. It seems like such a long time ago since the likes of The Last Knight Hotrod or the slightly larger Bee Movie ones. Sadly, this release has no individual-identification code on the bag, requiring you to use the feel-through-the-bag method or just buy blind and hope. The plastic is not cheaper. Hollow spaces are not new. It’s more obvious than it was now because the hollow spaces are actually part of the transformations now, allowing figures to compress and fold in on themselves in ways they couldn’t in the past. It’s a result of evolving engineering techniques.

Saw both Primal and Soundwave at my local Kroger this afternoon. Can someone explain the purpose of the Authenics brand? Who are they intended for? They’re made to look fairly realistic, but have 10 or less steps, sometimes 4. Just a cheaper option?

Look for other Transformers Authentics figures to add to your collection. Stage epic battles between the Autobots and Decepticons inspired by the Transformers universe! That would be a good idea, especially since they could label them as "Cyberverse -Name of character-" in Legacy or something of that nature. Collect other Transformers Authentics figures to stage epic battles between the Autobots and Decepticons.

Transformers Authentics figures bring the exciting conversion play you expect from a Transformers figure. Would Hasbro designers love to make big, solid figures with great articulation and cool transformations? Absolutely, every transformer designer wants to do that. Hasbro and Takara both want to do that. But it’s not financially possible in this day and age. People also pretend that it’s a problem unique to Hasbro, even though we can look at things like the Transformers Go combiners and see that those things, despite being Japan-only, are actually more full of hollow spaces and awkward engineering and designs than anything Hasbro had on the market for main line at the time. Accessories: Springer's weapons (dual missile launcher, two missiles, rotor blades/sword), Arcee's weapons (2 swords, large gun, small gun), Kup's "laser musket" rifle/exhaust pipe, Ultra Magnus' 2 guns, Blurr's weapons (Sniper rifle, left & right pistols), Minimus Ambus figure The pair were available in both full color and metallic "pewter" versions, with one of each in every case. In eight out of every ten cases, the pewter version of the set came with the body of the line's collectible Metroplex "build-a-figure", with that assembly coming in either full-color or clear-plastic at an equal 4-to-4 ratio. Stage larger than life battles between the Autobots and Decepticons with Transformers Authentics Titan Changers! This 11-inch Optimus Primal figure converts from classic robot to gorilla mode in 9 easy steps, with simple conversion perfect for Transformers fans age 6 and up.you want the solidity that G1 through Unicron trilogy toys had? Okay. Then we also get decreased articulation and painfully simplistic transformations. They go hand in hand when you have to price for traditional retail. Part of the third wave of Transformers Minimates from Diamond Select, this Arcee is a 2-inch-tall figurine featuring metallic paint, 12-14 points of articulation, and accessories and body parts interchangeable with other Minimates. Due to their small size, all 4 figures in each series are sold in the same blister card. Arcee includes an alternate head, this one displaying her long-distance visor from the animated film.
