The bezels on the tablet are super-slim, adding to the sleek design of the Tab S, but they don't provide a lot of thumb space for elongated video watching -- even with my small hands.
The front bezels are relatively small, and Samsung uses their usual mechanical home button flanked by capacitive buttons for multitasking and back. It's lighter and has a better screen, sure, but it also feels cheaper and can't compete with Apple's tablet-app ecosystem.
continues to have one of the best screens around, putting up serious competition to the iPad Air 2, Nexus 9, and even the Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet. I've heard a lot of complaints about the fingerprint recognition but to be honest it seems to work well once you get the knack of using it.
