He was red, being dressed as a traditional beefeater. He came from the 1980s or 1990s. His house isn't a Bizarrchitecture reflection of what he is, being very a simple one-story house with a chimney on the center of its roof.O.O.C. Is Serious Business: He loses his smile and gets quite flustered whenever the topic of tipping his hat is brought up. Blue Is Calm: His skin is blue, he's usually quite calm, patient, and rarely ever gets annoyed. Koko kidnapping Little Miss Splendid and taking her to the top of a skyscraper is a reference to King Kong.
